Caventou
Caventou integrates solar technology naturally into our daily lives and turns everyday objects into independent power sources.

Caventou is named after the French scientist who co-discovered chlorophyll – the green plant pigment powering photosynthesis. 200 years later, we are applying the same principles to create functional, award-winning, living objects. We put objects to work; a table is not only a table but also generates electricity. 'Current Table', a table with integrated solar cells, and 'Current Window', are both intelligent, independent power sources. Living objects have integrated solar cells that use the properties of colour to convert daylight into electricity, even indoors.
